Artis chocolate

Each step of of chocholate making is done by hand, which I learned at Callebaut Chocolate Academy from Phillippe Vancayseele.
The pemium quality chocolates are made of Belgian and French material without any additives and preservatives. The handmade bon-bons are enriched with special spices and dried fruit.
My workshop is in Balatonfüred, it is one of Hungary’s best quality wine regions. Wine and chocolate are similar in many ways, the marriage of the two flavours results in a new, surprising and exciting harmony. Wine enhances the experience of chocolate consumption, this is what made me start my workshop.
